What does Tier 1 include for free?
Calendar sync for automated scheduling, access to the Keepers provider marketplace, reservation-driven job creation, a job status dashboard, photo completion verification, issue flagging and the Keepers mobile app, for one property at no cost.
How does property-count pricing work?
On the Operations Platform your first property is free, then it is $19 per property per month, with unlimited properties. Keepers Portfolio is $17 per property per month for 50–99. Operators with 100+ properties get custom pricing, contact us.
What does Tier 2 add over Tier 1?
The full operations platform: unlimited properties, cleaning automation, your own operations team, all PMS integrations, team messaging, inventory management, maintenance scheduling, smart notes, contract control and guest reviews.
How does the AI QA add-on work?
AI QA is $8 per property per month on any tier, and new customers get the first 60 days free. After each turnover, AI reviews the submitted photos, flags potential issues and helps confirm guest-ready status before your next check-in.
What is the first 150 customers offer?
The first 150 customers to sign up have their Keepers Ops subscription fees waived through December 31, 2026. It comes on top of free white-glove onboarding and 60 days of free AI QA, and it ends once 150 customers have joined.
What is white-glove onboarding?
Our onboarding team sets up your account for you: properties, access details, checklists, supply standards, booking and PMS connections, and your team and vendors. It is normally $50 per property and is free for customers who start before December 31, 2026.
Are there contracts?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. For portfolios of 100+ properties, we’ll work out the right arrangement together.
